At Bellevue Row, we want you to feel amazing in our pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.
1. Return Window You have 14 consecutive days after receiving your order to request a return.
2. Item Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.
3. Return Process Please note that we work with international distribution centers to bring you the best prices.

Do not send the item back to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed product defects.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please send us clear photos immediately. In these cases, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Refunds Once your return is processed or the defect is confirmed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
